Prepare for an evening of excitement, generosity, and celebration at the Back to School Extravaganza Gala!

 Event Highlights 

Cocktail Hour – 6:00 PM: Kick off the night by mixing and mingling with fellow supporters during our vibrant cocktail hour. Enjoy delicious appetizers and adult beverages while connecting with new and old friends.

Program Event – 7:00 PM: Be inspired by the impact we are making in the lives of local children. We’ll hear stories of hope, and showcase how your contributions are changing futures. A fully catered dinner will be served to all guests.

Reverse Raffle & Grand Prizes: Every ticket purchased enters you into a reverse raffle with a chance to win one of 10 grand prize giveaways! The excitement builds as the night unfolds—will you be one of the lucky winners?

 Live Music: Enjoy fantastic live entertainment that will keep you dancing and celebrating all evening long!

Ticket Information:

Tickets for the Back to School Extravaganza Gala are $200 per guest and include you into a drawing for prizes valued over $15,000. Multiple sponsorship levels and reserve tables are available.Tickets are limited to only 200 guests.

Family Bowling Night

Lace up your bowling shoes, gather your friends, and join us for a fantastic cause!

 By participating in this fundraiser, you can make a significant difference and help set these children up for success at school.

The event features fun-filled games, friendly competitions, and a raffle with exciting prizes. Whether you're an experienced bowler or just looking for a fun night out, this event welcomes all skill levels.

Tickets for the Bowling Fundraiser are priced at a $50 donation for individuals and a $100 donation for families. This includes shoe rental, a minimum of two games, and access to all event activities. Our private bar will also be available, offering delicious snacks and refreshments for purchase.

Corporate sponsorship packages are available.

The registration deadline is June 25th.

Premium Whiskey Tasting: Want to a drink you can’t get anywhere else? At WVM, the locally made spirits are incredible.

Whiskey Education: WVM is Bell county’s first and currently only legal distillery. The Evans family helped settle the area in 1866/1867 and they've been farming and ranching in Little River-Academy ever since. In September 2022 the distillery opened to the public and has now become THE spot to be. Seed to glass, grain to glass, farm and field to glass or seed to sip, they've got something unique for you. They also sell locally grown, responsibly raised beef.

Culinary Delights: The menu of elevated bar food will fill you up while you enjoy your evening. You’ll love the selection of favorites like poutine and burgers, and you can enjoy eating locally raised beef. Hors d'oeuvres & snacks will be served for free for all guests.

Cigars: Kick back with a smooth cigar to go with your hand crafted bourbon or whiskey in the ventilated humidor. Cigars are on site and available for every connoisseur.

Fundraising for Education: Your attendance at this event plays a crucial role in supporting our nonprofit's mission to provide educational resources and opportunities for underprivileged students, truly making a positive difference in their lives.
